REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
‣ Owning management and communication responsibilities for an account
‣ Develop and adjust strategies based on the client’s goals
‣ Account management and campaign optimization (deep analysis of the campaigns)
‣ Face to face virtual meetings with clients to discuss and explain strategy, approach and reporting
‣ Review monthly reports and add notes to provide the client with context
‣ Work with and develop advertising analysts

‣ Optimize and Track: Manage and organize client portfolios, optimize campaigns, adjust bids, monitor inventory levels, manage campaign budgets, and track keyword performance to ensure continuous improvement and success.

We’re seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our clients’ presence across both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with problem-solving skills to navigate the complex Amazon ecosystem and drive results for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
‣ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, with demonstrated success in optimizing seller performance metrics
‣ Proven track record in resolving complex seller issues and maintaining excellent account health metrics
‣ Advanced knowledge of Amazon’s policies, compliance requirements, and best practices for seller operations
‣ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
‣ Experience with Vendor Central operations is highly valued
‣ Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
‣ Outstanding communication skills for managing seller support cases and client relationships
‣ Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving results through Amazon’s support systems
‣ Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

‣ Manage comprehensive FBA operations including inventory health, stranded inventory resolution, and storage optimization
‣ Oversee listing quality and optimization, including suppressed listing resolution, A+ Content implementation, and Buy Box performance
‣ Handle all compliance and documentation requirements, including Hazmat, intellectual property, and category compliance issues
‣ Drive account performance through promotional strategy implementation, including coupons, deals, and bundle creation
‣ Process and manage reimbursement cases for inventory discrepancies, including lost, damaged, or destroyed items
‣ Maintain excellent account health metrics through proactive monitoring and resolution of customer feedback and complaints
‣ Oversee FBA shipment operations and resolve any receiving or multi-channel fulfillment issues
‣ Manage brand protection and registry operations, including trademark support and violation reporting
‣ Implement and optimize product listing variations, categorization, and browse node assignments
‣ Monitor and maintain strong customer satisfaction metrics through systematic review and resolution of feedback
