What is full-service Amazon brand management?
Full-service brand management means one team runs your Amazon business to a single growth plan. You get a dedicated brand manager who owns that plan, the same advertising strategist and analysts who run our ads-only accounts, and coordination across catalog and creative. Catalog and account operations is a separate service that can run alongside it.
What is the difference between full-service brand management and ads-only management?
Ads-only covers your Amazon advertising and nothing else. Full service adds a dedicated brand manager who owns the growth plan and sets the targets the ads are measured against. The ads work is identical either way: the same strategist and analysts, the same check-ins and the same reporting. What changes is who owns everything around the ads. You can start with ads-only and move to full service whenever you want.
Do I get a dedicated brand manager?
Yes. Every full-service brand gets one named brand manager who owns the growth plan and the targets it is measured against. They are your day to day contact in Slack, and they brief advertising, catalog and creative so the three work to the same plan.
Does brand management include catalog and account operations?
No. Catalog and account operations is its own service, covering listings, inventory, Seller Support cases and account health. It can run alongside brand management, and your brand manager keeps the two working to one plan whether that work sits with us or with your own team.
Who actually runs the advertising?
You get a dedicated advertising team on your account: an advertising strategist and analysts, the same people who run our ads-only accounts. They work alongside your brand manager, who owns the growth plan and sets the targets the ads are measured against. The team runs Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Sponsored TV, with TACOS and ACOS targets set per product rather than one account-wide number. Amazon DSP is a separate service.
How often will we meet?
You work with your team in Slack, with weekly or twice-monthly check-ins, a monthly review call and a quarterly business review.
What reporting do I get?
Two things. DataOwl, Incrementum’s own analytics platform, brings together Amazon sales, advertising, DSP and AMC data, including lifetime value, and you can log in any time. Alongside it runs a Google Sheet that tracks weekly KPIs for every product. Reporting covers every part of the account, not only ads.
What access do you need, and who owns the account?
You connect your Amazon Ads account through Login with Amazon and your Seller Central account during onboarding, which takes about 5 days. That lets the team see total sales, deals and inventory levels rather than ad data alone. You own your ad account, campaigns and data, and you keep them if you leave.
What happens to my campaigns when I switch agencies?
We take over your existing campaigns and build new ones alongside them, so there is no slowdown in sales during the handover. The first 90 days run in four phases: take over, optimize, scale, then test. Before any of that we audit the account in depth and go through the findings with you.
Is there a minimum to work with you?
There is no published minimum. We typically work with brands selling seven figures and up on Amazon, and with new brands launching with the funding or off-Amazon sales to back the category they are entering. The one thing every brand we take on has in common is a real budget behind the ads.
Is creative included?
Creative is scoped and priced to the work rather than bundled into the management fee. Your brand manager briefs it, so listings, A+ content and Store work match the growth plan.
